The Sila Tsveta (the Power of Color)

From 6 to 7 May, the Power of Color festival will be held for the first time at the Bolshoy Vudyavr ski Resort. The main purpose of the event is to promote Arctic tourism. The festival will take place within the framework of the action plan of Russia's chairmanship in the Arctic Council, the operator of which is the Roscongress Foundation.


The headliners of the musical part of the festival will be:

Regional stars will also rise to the main stage of the festival, including DJ Deep Touch, DJ Silinsky, DJ Tanitsoy, DJ Gabur and DJ No Izi, as well as the cover band Naveka Band.

Eight catering companies from the Murmansk Region and Karelia will present restaurant dishes in the format of street food at the "Taste of the Arctic" food court to visitors. Guests of the festival will be able to taste their favorite hits of the Arctic cuisine food festival, as well as the absolute novelties of the season. The organizer of the Festival "The Power of Color" in 2023 is the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Tourism Committee of the Murmansk Region, the Administration of the city of Kirovsk, PhosAgro and the Agency for the Development of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the City of Kirovsk with the support of the projects "Gastronomic Map of Russia" and "Silver Necklace of Russia", as well as ANO "Tourist Information Center of the Murmansk region".
