Boat trip on the Kola Bay

A walk along the Kola Fjord is the dream of many guests of the Murmansk region. We are ready to offer you an interesting option to feel the sea rolling, the salty taste of the waves, the icy wind of the northern seas. A three-hour tour of the Kola Bay will allow you to touch the sea life of Murmansk. To feel how in the old days they went fishing here, how they returned home with a catch, how they waited for good weather by the sea.

Tour program:

1. Meeting guests at the Murmansk sea station. The sea station can be reached by taxi, or on foot across the bridge from the Komsomolskaya stop (city center), the road will take 10 minutes;
2. Boarding, safety instruction;
3. Going to sea, the duration of the excursion is 2:40 - 3 hours (due to a number of circumstances, it can be slightly adjusted both in the direction of increase and decrease). Guests will enjoy the northern landscape and the urban landscape;
4. The walk ends with an exit to the pier at the Sea Station.

What you will see during the walk:

• The ship is located next to the world's first nuclear icebreaker "Lenin", come with enough time to have time to take pictures against the background of the legendary icebreaker;
• Along the way, we will see the monument "Alyosha", already familiar to many tourists, illuminated port cranes, the Mishukovo lighthouse, huge Lavna and Novatek construction sites;
• The route runs along the port facilities of the city, past the only Russian aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov, past the Atomflot base and icebreakers of different generations;
• Roslyakovo and Safonovo villages, a monument to the Be-6 seaplane (there are 4 of them left in the world, one in Ukraine, two in China and one in Safonovo);
• The closed military city of Severomorsk will be the cherry on our sea cake, where you can see modern warships standing on the pier.

When renting an individual walk, a vessel is provided, which is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A warm cozy cabin where you can warm up with tea. There is a full toilet, washbasins, kitchen. The deck and superstructure are convenient places to view all passing attractions. All the necessary means of rescue are present on the ship.

important! The output of the sea depends on the weather. There is always a chance that the weather may deteriorate even at the very last moment. This is also part of the sea adventure. But if the weather allows us to conduct the tour safely, we will definitely do it.

• DIFFICULTY: medium (can get seasick on the water)

• CLOTHING RECOMMENDATIONS: comfortable trekking shoes, tracksuit, jacket /jacket with hood, thermal underwear (if the temperature is less than 10 C), contact lenses instead of glasses, the rest is optional
