The most unusual hotels in the Murmansk region

It is best to observe the northern lights outside the city, where the sky does not light up and remains dark. A suitable place for this is the eco—hotel "Aurora Village" 60 kilometers from Murmansk in the direction of Teriberka. This is glamping with domed igloo houses. They are partially assembled from glass segments, which provides a good overview of the sky and surroundings. It is at the same time an ethnopark, a tourist base with a lot of entertainment and comfortable guest houses. Each has a bedroom, a kitchen, a sitting area, a separate bathroom, a shower.

A large chum has been built on the territory of the Ethnic Village center, excursions are conducted, reindeer and dog sledding are organized. Vacationers of the "Lights of Imandra" can go fishing, jeep tour and explore the surroundings on snowmobiles. There is an eco-cafe Farmer on the territory, there is a sauna, gazebos with barbecue grills.

In summer, you can swim in the lake — there is a nice sandy beach here. In winter, when the lake freezes, jeeps and snowmobiles ride on the ice. The staff of the camp site are ready to organize trips for vacationers to the most interesting locations in the region, for example to Teriberka.

The tourist complex "Lapland village" is 25 kilometers from Murmansk, in a green zone away from noise and big roads. During the season, this is a great place to watch the Northern lights.

There are several accommodation options to choose from: in a small cottage, in a spacious house with a sauna or in a domed eco-tent. On the territory there are gazebos for recreation and a playground for playing petanque, walking routes are laid out. Also, for guests of the "Lapland village" there is a cafe serving local specialties: northern fish soup, cutlets and venison dumplings, cheesecake with cloudberry sauce.

Vacationers of the complex can go on a quad bike safari, take part in quests, play laser tag and rent bicycles to ride in the surrounding area.
