Silver Necklace of Russia

Russian russians traveling through the "Silver Necklace", tourists will be able to get acquainted with unique handicrafts and decorative and applied arts, visit palace and park complexes and noble estates, see the masterpieces of folk architecture of the Russian North, as well as get acquainted with the history of fortification and Russian monumental architecture.

The Silver Necklace of Russia unites 11 constituent entities of the North-Western Federal District of the Russian Federation:  St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Pskov, Novgorod Regions, the Republics of Karelia and Komi and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The club of those traveling along museum routes is a club of those who like to visit museums and learn new things, and the exclusive bonus program of the club gives the opportunity to win prizes for the knowledge gained.

There are more than 170 museums in 11 regions of the Silver Necklace.

In each region, the passport holder will be able to put the stamp of the regional tourist information center on a special page in it, thus collecting a whole collection of travel memories.

In addition to a paper tourist passport, the project also involves an electronic tourist passport, which helps the traveler plan his route, get a remote consultation from an employee of the Tourist Information Center, provide a visit to various cultural sites, see a poster of events in the region he is going to visit, as well as get points for visiting tourist information centers and museums and exchange them for gifts.
