Art cards "With best wishes from Murmansk!" appeared in the central branch of the Russian Post of the capital of the Kola Arctic.

The cards depict the winter panorama of the city: a view of the Kola Bay, the ice-free port and the monument to "Alyosha". The illustration is based on a picture of a local photographer Georgy Kozlov.

"Murmansk enjoys great interest among tourists who often come to us in winter. Guests of our city often come to the post offices to send a postcard to their home, friends or relatives. We hope that the postcard will appeal to our customers and will become a pleasant memory of a trip to Murmansk," said Alexander Kochurov, Director of the Murmansk Region UFPS.

Art cards can be sent across the country without an envelope: a standard postage stamp printed on the back of the card is the letter "B" and corresponds to the tariff for forwarding correspondence across Russia.

A limited edition of one thousand copies was issued to the postal circulation. The cost of the postcard is 37 rubles.
