The Power of Color Festival will be held for the first time at the ski resort in Kirovsk on May 6-7

From 6 to 7 May, the Power of Color festival will be held for the first time at the Bolshoy Vudyavr ski Resort. The main purpose of the event is to promote Arctic tourism. The festival will take place within the framework of the action plan of Russia's chairmanship in the Arctic Council, the operator of which is the Roscongress Foundation.

"Many ski resorts in Russia close at the beginning of May, and in the Murmansk region we continue to ride. We expect that the closing of the ski season will take place in early June. Therefore, the "Power of Color" festival is a continuation of the ski season on the eve of the Polar day in the Arctic," said Alexander Eliseev, Chairman of the Murmansk Region Tourism Committee.

The headliners of the musical part of the event will be Olga Seryabkina, My Michelle and Dj Clubkilla. Regional stars will also rise to the main stage of the festival, including DJ Deep Touch, DJ Silinsky, DJ Tanitsoy, DJ Gabur and DJ No Izi, as well as the cover band Naveka Band. In addition, a mass ski descent "Small Khibiny" will take place within the framework of the festival.

Eight catering companies from the Murmansk Region and Karelia will present restaurant dishes in the format of street food at the "Taste of the Arctic" food court to visitors. Guests of the festival will be able to taste their favorite hits of the Arctic cuisine food festival, as well as the absolute novelties of the season. The event is held under the patronage of the project "Gastronomic Map of Russia" with the participation of the project manager Ekaterina Shapovalova.
