The exposition is based on the collection of Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences Ivan Ilyich Chupilin.
The exhibition "Facets of Personality" introduces the biography of the museum's founder, geologist Vladimir Nikolaevich Dove.
In a separate room, original products made of colored stones and the rarest samples of minerals and rocks from private collectors are presented. The museum is engaged in the storage, study, and popularization of natural heritage. It has exhibition and conference halls.
