Erected in memory of the victims of the intervention and the White Guards of 1918-1920.

After the revolution, the troops of the Entente (British, French, Americans, Serbs and Italians) landed on the Kola Peninsula under the guise of assistants in the fight against the enemies of the Soviet state. The support turned into an occupation.

The monument is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance.
