The "TKA-12" torpedo boat is installed on a pedestal in memory of the Severomorsk crew members who died during the war and in honor of the living veterans of the Red Banner Order of Ushakov 1st degree.
It is made in the form of diverging waves, on the crest of which the boat is standing still. On the starboard side there is a memorial pedestal with a memorial plaque.

"TKA-12" arrived at the Northern Fleet from the Baltic not long before the start of the Great Patriotic War. He had good seaworthiness and maneuverability. The torpedo boat took part in combat operations at sea 50 times, sank 4 enemy ships.
