The City Palace of Culture is the main concert venue in Polyarnye Zori.
- Within its walls are performances, tours, concerts, festivals. Theater week is held here every year. Amateur groups and amateur theatrical associations demonstrate their skills on the big stage. And every 2 years, the city becomes the theatrical capital of the Murmansk region.
- Festival of youth and adult amateur theaters "Theater Stage" brings together both professional and amateur theater groups within the walls of the City Palace of Culture.
- For two days of the Festival, spectators are immersed in an amazing theatrical atmosphere. The performances and events that make up the poster are aimed at different audiences, and both children and adults will find something for themselves. Teams from Kirovsk, the village of Lovozero, Severomorsk, Gadzhievo, Murmansk, Polyarnye Zory, Polyarny, Monchegorsk, Apatit, Olenegorsk and Kandalaksha present their best performances. Each performance finds its audience.
