Pechenga district
The Korablekk natural park in the Pechenga region is a neighbor of the Pasvik reserve. It appeared quite recently - in the spring of 2017. Officially, it belongs to the extreme north of the Green Belt of Fennoscandia.

The park is spread over an area of 8340.67 hectares: it is the Pasvik-Inari basin, adjacent to the Pasvik river valley and occupying the right-bank plain. The park is divided into two parts - the western "Kaskama" and the eastern "Korablekk".

They got their names thanks to the mountains, which, together with the Tunturi Kalkupya, form one low mountain with an elevation difference of 150-390 meters. By the way, it is the Kaskama Upland that is rich in plants and flowers. On Korablekk you can find areas with huge boulders, placers of small stones and frosty medallion spots, which appeared due to repeated thawing and freezing of the earth, when water and earth begin to form a bizarre pattern.

The natural park itself is a forest and mountain tundra areas. Climbing the mountain, you should pay attention to the trees, which take on bizarre shapes during growth. Many have curliness - a trunk twisted around its axis. On the hills, you can feel like a giant, because there are areas where dwarf birches do not reach a height of more than 10-15 centimeters.

Water pearl "Korablekka" - Lake Nilijärvi.

One of the attractions of the park is valuable pine forests, which are over 350 years old. There are also many animals and plants listed in the Red Data Book of the Murmansk Region: wholemouth sedge, whooper swan, otter, European roe deer and others. "Korablekk" is considered a corridor for the migration of elk, bears, nesting birds of prey and waterfowl.
