Murmansk, Rowan Alley
For the whole family

Rowan Alley is a square on Kapitana Tarana Avenue, built in September 2014.

The design of the Rowan Alley is made in the united style. Along the road there is a decorative fence in the form of hop branches. This ornament also frames the benches. The lanterns are decorated with light consoles in the form of rowan clusters. On the rowan trees that grow along the perimeter of the entire square, bright birdhouses hang.

The road, paved with colored slabs, leads to the bronze memorial of the famous marine artist Valentin Savvich Pikul, who served in the Northern Fleet in his youth and, inspired by the beauty of the Russian North, dedicated many works to the Murmansk region.

Next to the square, on the territory of school No. 1, there are outdoor parkour simulators and a modern children's play complex with a safe tartan surface.
