Pelmen House is a young project with a northern character. According to our guests, we make the most delicious dumplings in the Arctic Circle. The pride of our company is an exclusive menu of Arctic cuisine. You will be able to appreciate the quality of locally produced products. Our menu includes 7 types of dumplings, manti, khinkali, dumplings, soups, salads, draniki, cold and hot drinks. There is a lunch offer and breakfast.


We are located in the very center of Murmansk. Come and enjoy the taste of our dishes in a cozy cafe with a designer interior.
