The XII traditional festival of snow and ice sculpture "Snow Ice" has started in Kirovsk

From January 23 to January 29, the XII traditional festival of snow and ice sculpture "Snow Ice" will be held on the territory of the excursion and tourist center "Snow Village".

Visitors will be able to see how 11 teams of professional masters of snow and ice processing will work during the week to create a park of themed snow compositions on the territory of the center.

The final event of the festival will be the Mad Saw show contest, which will be held on January 28 at 17:00 in the city of Apatity on Lenin Square. In front of the audience, five teams of masters will create real masterpieces of ice architecture in just 90 minutes.

Everyone can attend the events of the festival and evaluate the skills of the contestants for free.

The festival is held with the support of the excursion and tourist center "Snow Village" (Kirovsk), the Administration of the city of Apatity, the Department of Culture and Youth Affairs of the city of Apatity, the Apatity City Palace of Culture named after V.K. Egorov.
